Your Power Leadership Journey has two parts. Start with Part I for the personal foundation; continue to Part II to turn insight into collective action.
PART 1: EMBODY YOUR POWER
(known in Spanish as ACTIVA TU PODER)
This unique cohort-based experience focuses on the inner growth that fuels meaningful change. Participants embrace their identity, strengthen their mindset, and build community while developing practical tools that help change last. Through shared learning, coaching, and collective reflection, you will fully embrace and embody your power.
You will gain:

✔ Strategies, systems, and practical tools to create lasting success in your life
✔ A way to create a ripple effect in your family and community
PART 2: YOUR COLLECTIVE POWER
Turn personal clarity into visible results in your business, organization, or community. Part II equips business owners, professionals, and social changemakers to design initiatives that build trust, strengthen teams and partnerships, and create measurable impact.
You will gain:
✔ A stakeholder/influence map
✔ A partnership pipeline (with first outreach drafted)
✔ An action plan with clear owners, milestones, and KPIs
What to Expect:
✔ An eight (8) week program
✔ One (1) Introductory Circle with other womxn who are interested in the program
✔ Applications are turned in and reviewed
✔ WFC uses a sliding scale model to make this program accessible while covering
facilitation, materials, and scholarships.
✔ Coaches and applicants meet and greet
✔ Acceptance letters are communicated, and the program schedule is published
✔ Program kick-off in-person
✔ Meet weekly on Saturdays 9 AM - 11 AM PT for 2-hour interactive virtual sessions
✔ Two in-person workshops for deeper practice and connection
✔ Graduation with a guest speaker

We are now accepting applications! Aspiring or current entrepreneurs and professionals in any industry in Oregon, including food service, retail, wellness, and childcare, particularly if located in under-resourced areas.
Social innovators working in multicultural sectors, creative economy, and community-led businesses serving and/or belonging to under-resourced, immigrant/refugee-identified, BILPOC, or LGBTQIA+ communities.
All womxn ready to step into their power.
