As a volunteer-run organization, we are deeply rooted in the communities we serve. Our approach is bold and strategic: we address inequities at their root by equipping individuals with the tools, knowledge, and networks to drive change from the inside out. Through advocacy, community organizing, and needs-based education—centering safety, economic mobility, cultural identity, and personal development— we create spaces where womxn can learn from each other and step into leadership with confidence.

This fall, we are launching Your Power learning experience—a 10-week journey designed to empower womxn with the confidence, skills, and support to navigate personal and systemic challenges. The program is designed for womxn, people of color, and individuals from under-resourced rural communities or industries facing economic hardship. It supports aspiring and current business owners, social entrepreneurs, and working professionals who are self-starters, ready to take charge of their future and create meaningful change for themselves and their communities.

Through interactive sessions, peer learning, and self-reflection, participants will gain:

✔ A better understanding of themselves

✔ Techniques to identify behaviors within their control

✔ How to recognize power as the ability to effect change

Your donation will directly support womxn's participation in Your Power learning experience—a 10-week journey designed to empower womxn with the confidence, skills, and support to navigate personal and systemic challenges.
